There’s no doubt that Michael Jordan memorabilia is and will be among the most desirable memorabilia of all time. And these Jordan 1’s are the most desirable of all Jordan memorabilia. Michael wore the Air Jordan 1’s for only a short period of time during a portion of his rookie and sophomore seasons. The shoe debuted partway through his rookie campaign (arguably the greatest rookie season of any athlete ever). Because of his injury during his sophomore season (in which he played only 18 games), he never wore the Jordan 1’s for a full season. That means there aren’t many pairs out there. Many probably haven’t even survived. Both shoes are autographed by MJ. Included with the shoes are two certificates of authenticity. One for the shoes and the other for the autographs. A custom-made display case is also included with the sale. The condition of the shoes is quite good, although there is some expected light wear from being used for at least one game.
