RARE ICHIRO SUZUKI Signed Rookie Era Mizuno Pro Autographed Glove withCOA HOF 3000
Here is the prized possession from my personal memorabilia collection. Consistent with the Mizuno labeling at the time, you can see that this glove has the Yellow “M” logo. The glove that he used after his rookie year had Silver “M” logos. This ultra rare Mizuno Pro Limited glove is made of the highest quality North European Kip, and the craftsmanship is clearly evident in not just the materials, but also the meticulous details in how the glove was put together is second to none. The intricate script stitching of Ichiro on the thumb, shape of the deep round pocket, the extra long ends of the laces that are a signature staple of Ichiro gloves, the sturdiness of the Kip leather is unlike any glove you have ever seen and can only be produced by the glove masters of Mizuno in Japan. In 2012, I sent the glove to Mill Creek Sports, who is/was the official representative for Ichiro, and routinely has private signing sessions with him through out the year. The signature on the Index finger is in bold silver sharpie, and is absolutely perfect 10. He even added the “#51″ after his name, along with the hologram affixed from Mill Creek Sports. It also comes with the COA card from them as well. I took many pictures to capture all the intricate details of the glove, in both flash and non flash. I hate to sell this item, but it’s time.
