Liverpool 1989-1990 Beardsley Match Worn Squad Signed Football Shirt 41899 Provi
This is in match worn condition – there are slight signs of match wear. It has marks on the bottom from being stored in a frame. It is an adults size 40-42. The authenticity is as follows: The previous owner had a friend by the name of Victor Leonard who is the chairman of the N. Ireland super cup, you can google him. Victor has organised the competition for many years, when his son was born, he was named after Steve Heighway and Tommy Smith. Victor invited them down one year to the competition when his son was about 12yrs old as you can see from the photo and had arranged for Steve Heighway to bring a match worn shirt with him for his son. The shirt came from Steve’s personal collection. As can also see from the photo they are standing on the pitch and Steve is holding the shirt. The shirt is from the 1989 season but his son got it signed by the team at the super cup, hence the signatures including Dean Saunders a recent signing. Steve Heighway said it was Peter’s but the previous owner didn’t have any proof. It has been in his procession since. This is signed in black on the front by the following: Jan Molby, Ronny Rosenthal, Graeme Souness, Ian Rush, Ronnie Moran, Gary Ablett, Ronnie Whelan, Don Hutchinson, Ray houghton, Steve Heighway (in biro), Dave Burrows, Bruce Grobbelar, John Barnes, Steve McMahon, Dean Saunders, Gary Gillespie, Peter beardsley, Jimmy Carter, David Speedie, Stevie Nicol, Glenn Hyson, Alex Watson.
